Conditions of Barn Hire:

A 60 % deposit (non-refundable) can be made to book and keep your place. The balance is to be paid one month prior to the Hire, otherwise full payment is to be made if booking is less than one month in advance. There is a $300 bond which is refunded within 5 days after the event as long as there is no damage.

Please be aware we are a working farm so there will be areas that you will not have access to for safety and other reasons. We will advise you of those areas when you arrive so you can advise your guests.

Your professional photographer is the only one who is permitted to take photos. Please make sure your guests know they cannot take photos themselves unless by prior arrangement.

Depending on how long you stay you might want to bring a spare pair of comfortable flat shoes. High heeled shoes can be hard on your back when standing for long periods on hard surfaces.

We have pussycats (A Tamed Pigeon) that live on the farm. Please let us know if anyone is allergic or frightened of these animals, so we can make sure they are out of your way, alternatively you are more than welcome to have photos taken with them :-)
